CruiseVRA Treasure Academy provides educational content including courses, videos, documents, checklists, and field-planning resources (“Materials”). You may use the Service only for personal, lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute any Materials without written permission.
- Record, rip, or mirror private videos/streams or bypass access controls.
- Use the Service to plan or execute activities that violate laws, trespass rules, or safety restrictions.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or accounts.
2. Accounts, Access & Availability
If the Service includes accounts, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve quality, address security issues, or comply with legal obligations.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the platform, or created risks for others.
3. Intellectual Property
All Materials and the Service design, text, logos, and audiovisual content are owned by or licensed to CruiseVRA Treasure Academy. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials for your personal learning only.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or public display may result in termination and legal action where appropriate.
4. Payments & Refunds
Prices, billing terms, and purchase options are presented at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the provided payment method.
Refund policy for digital content
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds may be approved if less than 20% of the purchased digital course has been consumed (tracked via course progress where available).
- If a course includes downloadable files, repeated downloads may reduce eligibility, depending on the nature of the materials.
- Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where legally permitted.

5. Conduct & Field Responsibility
Treasure-hunting and field activities can involve physical, legal, and environmental risks. You agree to obey all applicable laws and rules, including obtaining permissions, respecting private property, protected areas, cultural heritage sites, and local regulations.
Safety first
Plan routes, bring proper gear, and avoid dangerous conditions. Don’t rely solely on course content for safety decisions.
Respect locations
No trespassing. No excavation where prohibited. Leave no trace and follow local reporting requirements.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any particular result, discovery, profit, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and compliance with all safety and legal requirements during any field activity.
7. Changes to These Terms
